Litigation

Smith Tabata Inc. has a long-standing litigation unit with several directors, professionals and paralegal staff. We regularly act for provincial government, local government and parastatals on a wide range of litigated matters, but also represent the interests of individuals and various corporations. The department also represents individuals with road accident fund claims. Instructions are handled by either High Court or Magistrates Court specialists.
